PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Curved aluminum square pipe is a kind of arc aluminum alloy profile
formed by cold forming, rolling arc or stretching process, which
has both lightweight, high strength and beautiful streamlined
shape, and is widely used in modern building curtain walls,
interior decoration, advertising exhibitions and other fields.
Features

- Various arcs such as single arc, double arc, S-bend, and U-shaped

Installation principle:
1. Keel support: A light steel or aluminum alloy keel frame is used
to ensure the overall structural stability and load-bearing needs.
2. Dry hanging system: Connected with the keel through metal
pendants, it realizes welding-free installation and reduces the
risk of thermal deformation.
3. Floating design: Expansion joints (5-8mm) are reserved between
plates to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding
deformation and cracking.
4. Three-dimensional adjustable: the pendant can be adjusted
horizontally, longitudinally and forward and backward to ensure the
flatness of the curtain wall (error ≤ 2mm).
5. Sealing and waterproofing: The seams are filled with
weather-resistant glue and waterproof rubber strips are installed
to eliminate leakage hazards.
6. Modular assembly: Unit-type pre-assembled boards, directly
